• Follows up with customers - after-sales;
• Prepares customers to best use what the company has to offer;
• Frequently follows up on the progress of clients' projects;
• Evaluates client performance indicators and results;
• Prepares and presents reports so that the client is aware of where they are and where band data they are going;
• Teaches the customer how to use what the company sold them, but in a strategic way;
• Proposes the best solutions for customers, whether changes or maintenance;
• Collect feedback on the product or service;
• Bridges the gap between customer feedback and product or service developers/operators/delivery;
Customer Success positions vary in nomenclature, but little in activity. Therefore, if we are talking about a Customer Success Manager , Customer Success Analyst or Customer Success, we are probably talking about the same vacancy.
The position is still relatively new in Brazil, but has been gaining momentum in recent years . Therefore, the position represents an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to work in the area of customer relations.
