The city of San Francisco (United States) will host Dreamforce 2017 from November 6 to 9. An event organized by Salesforce that stands as a meeting point for innovation, inspiration and the company's latest technologies.
Salesforce has presented some of its latest technologies and bets. We have had the opportunity to learn about some of them in person and today we want to offer you the most significant details.
Let's start by focusing on Einstein , a Salesforce tool based on artificial intelligence . It works on an algorithm that is able to detect which consumers are more likely to click on an email based on the recommended products it promotes.
With the aim of improving this tool, myEinstein has been unveiled . It is a platform based on machine learning that allows both administrators and developers to create custom artificial intelligence applications .
Now everyone who uses Salesforce tools to drive innovation, transform their uruguay phone number businesses, and grow their careers has tools that make it easier to respond when it comes to delivering smarter, more personalized customer experiences.
myEinstein includes two new services. The first is Einstein Prediction Builder . This allows customers to automatically create custom AI models that can predict outcomes for any field or object in Salesforce.
The second of these services is Einstein Bots . These can be trained to augment customer service workflows by automating simple tasks such as answering questions or retrieving information.
“Salesforce has once again advanced AI by taking it out of the lab and into the hands of users with Salesforce Einstein , which now generates more than 475 million forecasts a day,” said John Ball, GM & SVP of Salesforce Einstein.
“We are further democratising AI by empowering administrators and developers to transform every process and make customer engagement easier.”
All the latest from myTrailhead
Among the presentations made by Salesforce we have learned about myTrailhead , a platform that enables continuous learning for employees by building a solid corporate culture.
Salesforce launched Trailhead in 2014 with the mission of creating an online learning platform based on gamification and training anyone who can work with the company's tools.
With improved features and functionality, the platform has been expanded to allow companies to customize the learning environment with their own content and promote brand development.
“In the digital age, learning is more important than ever to keep pace with rapid technological change and the ever-increasing speed of business. myTrailhead fosters a culture of learning, driving both employee and business success,” said Sarah Franklin, SVP developer relations & GM of Trailhead at Salesforce.
Salesforce prepares us for the fourth Industrial Revolution
“The Fourth Industrial Revolution is reshaping every business, industry and economy – and the customer is at the center,” said Marc Benioff, Salesforce chairman and CEO, speaking at Dreamforce 2017 .
“Salesforce is delivering breakthrough AI-powered technologies to empower customers to succeed, grow their careers, and contribute to society in meaningful ways.”
In addition to the platforms and tools already mentioned in these lines, there are improvements in myLightning (allows you to create custom apps, components, developments and themes in just a few clicks to improve productivity), mySalesforce (both administrators and business users can build and deploy powerful, modern and highly customized mobile apps) or myIoT (allows the use of IoT to create rule-based automations for any business process natively within the Salesforce platform).
These improvements are complemented by the announcement of the collaboration platform Quip , which allows teams to collaborate more quickly and interactively on documents.
“It’s the first collaboration platform that brings together real-time communications, documents, spreadsheets, and application information into a single platform,” said Bret Taylor, co-founder & CEO of Quip.
