Google Shopping: Optimize your Christmas campaigns

Post by arafatenzo »

We are right around the corner from Christmas and many companies are trying to take advantage of this particular moment to attract new customers or to reconnect with existing ones.

But how can we take advantage of the Christmas period? What Christmas web marketing actions can we undertake?

A well-organized project will allow us to sell more, to make ourselves known and appreciated by new customers and to retain those we already count on.

The use of e-Commerce in recent years has seen a continuous growth, the main purchases are:

⇒ clothing and accessories,

⇒ computer science and electronics,

⇒ trips and dinners.

Users, with a simple search and a few steps, have everything just a click away.

The holidays are the time of year when the benin phone number number of posts, shares and comments on Facebook, and therefore interactions between users, is significantly higher than in other months.

Google statistics inform us about the volume of online purchases made in 2014 and show that a peak is observed at Christmas.

Some numbers:

10 million users purchased Christmas presents online, for a total of 3 billion euros ;
2.7 billion euros is the revenue recorded by e-commerce sites , thanks to online consumers looking for original gifts;
1.2 billion people made purchases from smartphones.
To promote a business or make your brand or product known, Christmas is definitely the right time.

This is why it is necessary to prepare a Christmas web marketing plan.

Too late
Not doing things on time is a classic, but Christmas is unforgiving: if you arrive late and unprepared, you risk losing opportunities and therefore sales and turnover.

It’s one thing to activate all the activities, campaigns and graphic customizations at the right time, it’s another thing to not have planned them at all.

Christmas is a seasonality and can be planned, perhaps as early as September, and then activated at the right time, which I currently recommend immediately after Black Friday, or the fourth Friday of November .
