TikTok has been working for some time to turn its platform into an attractive space for brands and merchants , taking advantage of the genuine interest of its users in the content they view and in the products related to it.
To reinforce this interest and provide a more complete experience that benefits brands and attracts their audience, the Chinese social network is developing a new AI function that allows it to create virtual influencers to promote products through videos or live broadcasts.
Virtual influencers and live streaming
TikTok's goal is to create a tool that uses artificial intelligence to create scripts for video ads based on instructions sent by advertisers. It would also create a virtual influencer who would interpret the bulgaria number data script in a video or even through live streaming .
In this way, TikTok Shop merchants could use this tool to advertise their products in an automated, original and visual way .
However, we cannot ignore that this innovation could also bring with it some controversy (something not at all new in the world of virtual influencers). Since easy access to these avatars would imply that some brands would stop collaborating with real influencers, causing a new paradigm in that sector.
A function that is already a success in China
It should be noted that this option is not something new for TikTok, since its Chinese version, Douyin, has included it for some time, and it is not the only one . Since 2022, various Chinese companies have specialized in the creation of deepfake avatars that promote products or sell them in live streaming programs.
