I have been working at the agency since 2015: I joined as a performance marketer and gradually rose to the position of managing partner. A few years ago, I came up with strategic initiatives. Any senior or leading specialist, as well as managers and partners, can offer their initiative. If someone has an idea to launch a new service or product, they can pitch the project to the top and get a budget for development. Juniors and middles do not participate in this process.
