Holz House: Applications for house construction increased threefold during the pandemic

Situation
Holz House is engaged in the construction of houses from glued laminated timber. The company has three timber processing plants with European equipment and a forest fund of 90,000 hectares.

The client is proud of the special technology of production of glued beams: the company can produce parts of house kits with high precision. The blocks of the house are tightly connected to each other, the buyers are satisfied, as the houses retain heat.

Now the company's main goal is to expand not only in Russia, but also to enter foreign part time data markets. For example, Kazakhstan.

We started working with the client in 2017. The goals that the client set for us then were:

Increase in the number of applications - the exact goals were not immediately discussed, it was unclear how many applications could be received in this area of ​​business.
At the same time, it was necessary that the application not be more expensive than a certain price.
Last time we wrote about how we managed to increase the number of applications by 2.5 times and reduce the cost of an application by 5 times. This time we had a new goal.
