Now you will receive fewer spam calls. The Antispam module will analyze incoming calls according to a number of criteria and create a list of numbers from which spam calls are received. You can tag calls from such numbers, block them or do nothing with them, if necessary.
The Antispam module analyzes information telegram customer service malaysia about all incoming calls made from a subscriber's phone number over the past 6 months and, based on specified criteria, determines whether the call is spam. This allows you to block calls from this subscriber in the future, reduce the number of spam calls and avoid distortion of call statistics.
The "Calls" report now has a "Blocked" tab. When the "Antispam" option is enabled and the "Block" mode is turned on, calls with the "Blacklist" or "Antispam" call termination reason are included here.
The "Call Blocking" interface has appeared in the personal account menu. It displays numbers from the CoMagic database from which the company received spam calls and the system marked them as spam, as well as numbers that were manually blacklisted. They can be blocked or automatic tagging can be enabled to see the share of spam calls to the company. If calls are blocked, they are not included in analytical reports and do not participate in the call tracking algorithm.
When determining spam traffic, the system takes into account the following criteria:
- how often calls are received from this number to different clients;
— what is the duration of calls from this AON;
- how often is there increased call activity from this number?
An algorithm has been set that identifies spam calls with high accuracy. With a probability of 99.9%, the system will not classify a call that does not meet the above criteria as spam.
