In 1990, Navarro began his internship at Xerox Brazil. He explains that when he arrived to apply for the position, he learned that the internship was for the RIG area. At the time, he had no knowledge about the subject, but today he understands that starting early, and in a company that already recognized the importance of government relations in decision-making, was an important step for him to stand out in this market .
