Provide alternative descriptions for images

Post by phonedata »

Accessibility is important for business too, not just for compliance with the law
People with visual impairments use screen readers to understand visual content. Each image must have an “ alt” attribute that describes the content of the image.

Example: If you have a product cyprus phone number photo, instead of leaving the alt field blank, write something like: "Photo of the new collection of winter hiking shoes."

5. Add subtitles to media content
Video and audio must be accompanied by subtitles or transcripts for people with hearing disabilities.

Practical example: If your site hosts a promotional video, include synchronized subtitles that describe both dialogue and significant sounds.

6. Organize content logically
Your site structure should be clear and intuitive. Use hierarchical headings (H1, H2, H3) to guide users and screen readers.
