Interview with Stéphane Couleaud from Webmecanik

Post by monira444 »

In issue 3 of our Enjoy! e-magazine dedicated to marketing automation, I have the pleasure of introducing you to Stéphane Couleaud, the founder of the open source marketing automation solution called Webmecanik. In this interview, we will look back at the importance of marketing automation in 2018. Stéphane will present what he considers to be the 3 phases of good marketing automation, as well as the advantage of using an open source solution rather than a proprietary one.

Hello Stéphane, can you introduce yourself and your company Webmecanik?
Stéphane Couleaud from WebmecanikHello Mathieu, my name is Stéphane Couleaud and I am the founding president of Webmecanik.
We are "Mautic as a Service", we provide in cloud mode the argentina mobile database open-source Webmecanik Marketing Automation solution by integrating all the services necessary for its proper use. Emailing, webinar, integrations with more than 50 CRMs and CMS, and complete support in the form of support, training and delegation of skills.

What is the point of marketing automation and what does it mean in 2018?
The interest of marketing automation is to move away from the purely inbound subject, which consists only of generating leads and new customers, to the much more ambitious one of the 24/7 business.

This involves streamlining all points of relationship with customers to offer a continuous service, providing a high level of satisfaction, and allowing each employee to concentrate on actions with high added value.

You have a 70% chance of doing business with an existing customer, 20% with a prospect. It is therefore essential to focus investments on this point. The subject now involves general management with HR. We are seeing a change in roles, the IT department is responsible for data control and integrations with existing systems.
