Now that we've seen how important it is to learn, I'm going to give you a few things, a few areas, that I think are really very important when it comes to learning. Let's see what to learn.
I think that everything is interesting. It is good to know about everything, to be interested in everything and there is no area that we should exclude and say: "No, that doesn't interest me, I don't want to know". We must be interested in everything. But there are things that are better to focus on because learning one thing means not learning another. Our time is limited. The choice of the elements that you are going to learn will depend on your personal situation. It will depend on your interests, but especially on your needs and it will therefore depend on your life, whether it is your personal life or your professional life.
I mentioned earlier that I was learning to be a better father. Obviously, if you don't have children, you don't have to learn this right away. So, you're going to focus on the things that are useful for you. And this is super important, I already talked about it in another video, but I recommend that you use what I call "just-in-time learning".
Just-in-time is basically a method vietnam whatsapp number data used in industry, in production, in logistics, but it can be used for learning. The idea is to say to yourself: "I'm going to focus my learning mainly on things that I can apply now, not things that I'm going to apply in years, things that are useful to me now."
The reason is that if you learn things and don't put them into practice, firstly, your learning will be less effective, less profound, but also, you risk forgetting what you have learned.
For example, imagine, you want to start a business and your ambition is to have a team of 10 people. But at the beginning, when you start, you are alone. I do not advise you to read a lot of management books to learn how to manage a team of 10 people. It is not necessary at the beginning, you are alone. Even if you will need it later, it is not necessary to learn it, to focus on it now.
Save that for later. Save your energy, all your learning resources for things you're going to apply: improving your product or service, marketing it, presenting your product in a way that people are interested in, developing it so that it helps the people you're targeting even more. So really focus on the skills you need right now.
