Safety Tales: The Vanished Photos

The most beautiful thing about this island in summer is the sunsets and sunrises. Many tourists come to the island not for the beaches, but to capture these unseen beauties. Particularly beautiful pictures were taken from the top of St. Martin, a cooled volcano in the middle of the island. It has always been like this. But, alas, not this year.
- Bob! all those tourists.
Indeed, there was a crowd of people outside the police station, all asking for help. It turned out that all of them had suddenly lost the photos they had stored on their phones. And this whole crowd came to ask the police for help.
— First, we would like to understand what they have in common.
— What is there to understand? All the tourists who came australia mobile database smartphones and tablets from company A. So we need to understand what happened. I think they have some kind of identical software. Maybe an update?
- Let's listen to their complaints again.
An hour passed. All the complaints boiled down to one scenario: the user downloaded a fresh update to the L photo editor, and suddenly the photos and ready-made filters for quick photo processing disappeared from the device.
— I wonder if it was a paid or free version of the software?
— The funniest thing is that users of both the subscription and free versions of the app complained about files disappearing.
— I'm afraid we can't help them. As it turns out, the photo editing app inadvertently erases users' photos that haven't yet been synced with the software maker's cloud.
Do you think this is all a fairy tale? No. A similar story happened with Adobe Lightroom software for iOS. I hope you regularly make backup copies of your data?
