I have been working in the industry for over twenty years, the lion's share of which have been in international network agencies. I spent over nine years of my life at McCann and my ninth israel rcs data year at Publicis is coming to an end . So there seems to be something about the number nine - or I'm just terrified of the number ten.
I still enjoy our job a lot. It's one of the best jobs in the world - you get to know new industries every week, and your own is still in the midst of change.
On a first start-up tour with the GfM and subsequently through our collaboration with the Impact Hub, I was extremely fascinated by this scene. All the young people working on the future, the energy, the confidence. And so, almost a year and a half ago, around my 45th birthday, I came up with my own idea. And it hasn't left me alone since.
