Adding new products
Click the "Add" button at the top of the page or in the menu on the left. A blank product template will open.

First comes the name and description of the product. If you open the product on the site, this description will be displayed at the bottom of the page under the image. And to the right of the image is a short description. On the product addition page, the field with a short description will be at the end of the page.

Between the fields for the full and short description, you will find the "Product details" block. It has several subsections where you can specify detailed parameters of the product. I will tell you only about the first two subsections. They are the most important.

Basic. Here is only the price: regular and promotional. If you want the promotional price to be displayed only on specific dates, click "Schedule" and select the sale days. On the site during the sale, the regular price will be crossed out, and the new one will be next to it.

Stock. Everything related to product availability will be here. You can add an article number to the product and set one of three statuses: "In stock", "Out of stock" and "Pre-order".

There are also two fields that can be checked: "Manage Stock" and "Sell Individually". The first field allows you to specify how many units of the product you have. The second field will not allow one person to order multiple units of the product in one order, only one.
