Berg: “Advice on insurance issues will become increasingly digital”
The decisive factor in whether insurance is taken out online or in the traditional analogue way is the advice. Those who have already taken out insurance online often do so because agents tried to sell them things in person that they don't need or that are too expensive - at least that's the opinion of 43 percent of those surveyed in a recent survey.

"The experiences of the Corona crisis will certainly give additional impetus to video advice for all age groups and further digitize advice on insurance issues."
