Registration and basic setup of "Chatra"
Creating an account in Chatra is very quick and easy. First, follow the link to the official Chatra website. Then click the "Login" button and select "Register".
Fill in the special field with your e-mail and click on the "Let's go" button. After that, you will immediately find yourself in your account.
If you have trouble logging in next time, simply click the "Forgot Password" button and enter your email address to reset your password. Then follow the instructions to set a new password and log in.
Don't forget that installing the "Chatra" chat code is mandatory immediately after registration. Just go to the "Chat on the site" section, select the code with your mouse and copy it.
Once the code is embedded on the web page, it needs to be placed before the closing </head> tag in the code. An example would be using the code on the WordPress platform.
Find the sections "Appearance", "Theme Editor" in the admin panel and open the header file. Insert the required code and save the changes by clicking the "Update file" button.
After completing the steps, the online consultant widget "Chatra" will appear on your site in the lower right corner. When you click on the button "Write to us, we are online" a chat will appear where you can send a quick message.
All sent messages will be displayed in the "Chat" or "All Chats" section, where you will be able to conduct a dialogue. You can also use the Envybox service to increase conversion.
It is also possible to install "Chatra" via a special plugin. Log in to the WordPress system, then select the "Plugins" section. Then click on the "Add New" tab. After that, enter the name "Chatra" in the search bar and install the plugin, activating it using the corresponding button.

Ideal functioning is ensured by polite but non-standard expressions - in the chat it is recommended to avoid capitalizing "You" and business phrases.
Approaching visitors immediately after they appear on the page can be perceived as intrusive. We have set up automatic actions to avoid such situations, invitations will appear with a certain delay and not too often.
Welcome on the main page of the site
If a visitor is stuck on the main page and does not move on, do not miss the moment: ask if he needs help and offer links to popular sections of the site.
