This is a space to hear answers about what you are doing wrong, what you should improve in your behavior, in your management, or in the way you perform your role in the company or team.

I thought this would be a good question to start with, because it is easier for most people to point to something that already functions and that they would like to see function differently than to find something that, for example, should be continued.

But that's what question number two is about. What do you think I should do next, continue?

This question is intended to give you feedback on what you do well, what your team or middle east rcs data co-workers like about your management style, about your work style if you are conducting a survey within your own team.

The third question, of course just as important as the previous two, is: what do you think, according to the respondents, I should start doing. This is a place for new initiatives, for indicating things that are currently missing or things that should be done but are not currently being done.



And just last week I conducted such a survey among my people.

Because it is simple and broad enough, I received a lot of answers that I intend to use and implement in my company.

I found out, for example, whether people like certain things I do or not. I found out, for example, that if we have regular meetings about the company's situation, strategic presentations, that these presentations, although they may not trigger an avalanche of questions and comments directly when I give them, are very well received in the team. A number of people indicated that they like the fact that they can count on current information about the company's activities and plans.
