What do I mean?
Well, we choose a topic or thing – for example, a service or product that we have to write about – and then, using specific techniques, we reduce these elements to a certain framework for thinking about them.
And when it comes to the language of benefits, one such mental framework that we can apply to any product, service or company is a certain technique that I call the 3W technique for my own use.
