When choosing an organizer of training events, management relies on the cost of the course.
What does it consist of? The largest share of the entire training cost is the coach's salary. But that's only part of it. The price includes other expenses as well.
Preparation and adaptation of the program
In order for the sales training to be successful, the teacher prepares thoroughly. He meets with the management or HR manager of the company that ordered the training. During the hotel email list meeting, the details of the event are discussed, employee diagnostics are carried out, the program is adapted to the company's needs, and exercises are selected. All this takes about five to eight hours of the specialist's work.
Selection of materials for work
Part of the costs goes to preparing the necessary equipment and preparing materials for the training participants. Thus, video recordings that demonstrate the working techniques of famous experts may be needed to conduct the classes.
Final Report and Recommendations
After the training is completed, the teacher needs to prepare a report that contains an analysis of the classes held, evaluates the behavior of the participants, and provides recommendations for improving their performance. Naturally, this also requires time from the coach.

The price of training is also influenced by:
Number of tasks (i.e. will it be just training or will additional work be included).
Duration of the event.
Number of listeners.
The degree of difficulty of the training.
Teacher's qualification level.
There are three categories of training prices for a group of up to 12 people and a duration of one day.
The lower price threshold is 10,000–20,000 rubles. Such sales trainings are conducted by specialists without experience. The training format involves lectures and basic exercises that do not take into account the specifics of the organization's activities.
Average price: 30,000–50,000 rubles. The most popular option. It includes a questionnaire for listeners, the use of workbooks, a program taking into account the specifics of the company, analysis of relevant cases and tasks adapted to the organization.
The upper price threshold is from 80,000 rubles and up. This is the price offered by training companies. The price includes a commission for services. A similar price is announced by famous business coaches.
Inexpensive sales trainings are usually chosen by small organizations whose staff does not exceed three to five people. For some companies, prestige is important, so they order expensive training and prefer popular business consultants. This option is also favored by companies whose managers are anxious, and for them various guarantees and the opportunity to conclude a contract are important.
