We focused on providing tools to understand customers and prevent them from churn, and on the fact that it is a tool that can handle everything from customer management to solving marketing problems. Booth Concept This time, we designed our booth with a focus on highlighting the "strengths of our services as a CRM tool vendor." The booth decoration featured keywords centered on "CRM" and "what you can do with the tool." When developing multiple services, you tend to want to place and mix up various keywords, but this time we focused on a message that focused on our target audience of "people who want to solve problems with tools.

When we exhibit at exhibitions, we often use wooden construction booths, but this time we chose a system booth. Since this was our first time exhibiting at DX EXPO and the number of booths was not that large, we wanted to try it out with the lowest possible costs! So we decided to exhibit in a system booth.


Local situation over the three days During these three days, we were able to speak to many more customers face-to-face than we had expected, and the event ended with great success. Here we will introduce some photos from the three days. Attracting visitors to the booth As soon as the doors opened, people started calling out to visitors at the side of the aisle. They sprinkled in keywords that they thought would pique people's interest and guided them to the booth.
