In order to assign an employee from your sales team to your customer, you must have previously maintained the "Sales Team" table. Here you will find the name of your employee, the personnel number that is automatically generated in this template, the employee's position and the responsible sales potential. You can also see all the customers that have been assigned to each individual employee.

A grouping function and color coding of the rows according to the employee's position should show you additional clear customer structures of your employees.

Now you can easily assign one of your responsible employees to the customer with just one click in the “Responsible employee” column in the “Customer data” table. The whole thing happens in the background with a link to the “Sales Team” table.
