You can drop any image into this software and click and drag the edges to expand infinitely. Generate fill can expand an image, add more elements to it, and can even be used on targeted areas to clean up the image and make it look more realistic.

Once the different elements have been generated, it's time to put the thumbnails together:

Headshots generated using Dreambooth, Dreamlook, Stable Diffusion or Run Diffusion
Background generated using Midjourney or PhotoShop Generative Fill
Add a text overlay in Canva
Strictly speaking, Canva is not an AI tool, although it does now offer some AI editing capabilities. But it is the easiest and most effective software for collaging pictures and adding text.

There are many other image generators available, but these options are the most effective. You'll also find that different generators have different advantages. For example, Stable Diffusion is great for generating more of your own images, but it requires a lot of careful tip engineering to create interesting background images.
