Meta has announced the arrival in Spain of the Broadcast Channels for Facebook and Messenger, a tool that offers a public communication channel for content creators, media outlets and popular figures, such as singers, artists and others.
This feature has already been available in other countries since last October, and has also been tested on other Meta platforms, such as WhatsApp and Instagram , with very favorable results.
A tool to connect more with the community
Broadcast Channels are a one-way tool that allows you colombia number data to reach all the users who follow a Facebook page. In this way, channels are added to a series of resources that can be used by page administrators to impact and interact more with their community. In addition, they provide a space for users who follow a page to feel more connected to it and to delve deeper into topics of interest to them.
Within the channels, administrators have different options to connect with their community, such as the possibility of uploading surveys to obtain immediate feedback from their members, or sending photos, videos and voice notes, giving greater authenticity to the message.
Meta plans to roll out this new feature to all Pages and people using Facebook in the coming weeks. Additionally, in markets where this feature is not available, Pages can be added to the waiting list to be notified once it is enabled.
