We received a total of 37 responses , but we will not reveal the names of the women involved in our study, nor the brands they work for in order to preserve their anonymity. Some of the sectors they work for include: entertainment, technology, fashion, beauty, law, music, education, industry, sports, or pet care.
Most of them are between 20 and 29 years old, revealing the fact that the profiles for this type of work tend to be young . 37.84% of the respondents, that is, the majority, have between 4 and 6 years of experience in the sector. The next most common range of years of experience is those who have been working in the digital world for more than 6 years.
As for which digital networks or channels they manage, they have all agreed on the same platform: Instagram. The next most used social networks are Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, X, and YouTube, in that order. This uruguay number data confirms that meta apps are the ones that triumph among brands when it comes to establishing a digital strategy, closely followed by the trendy app, TikTok , and LinkedIn, more focused on the professional environment.

Have you ever felt discriminated against or uncomfortable at work for being a woman?
Unfortunately, 40% answered “Yes” to this question.
Among the reasons why they have felt uncomfortable at work, the most repeated answer has been “ mansplaining .” This concept is a wordplay in English that mixes the terms man and explaining . It is normally used when a man explains something to a woman in a condescending tone and, in most cases, these explanations are not even necessary.
