For legal entities . For real estate with an unspecified value or less than 22 million rubles, the state duty will be 66 thousand rubles. What else should be taken into account when paying state fees
The payment deadlines are important here, because Rosreestr will not register the transaction if the fee is not paid, and will return the documents to the applicants without consideration. The payment deadline depends on the form of the application to the agency.
If documents are submitted in paper form through the MFC, the state fee must be paid in advance and no mistakes must be made in the amount and details.
If the transaction is registered online, then it must be paid before the documents are reviewed by Rosreestr - five days are given for this.
