The interface and logic of a number of sections of the personal account have been improved, errors have been corrected.

New functionality
"Account"/"Write-off history": the calculation of the germany phone numbers total amount of write-offs has been improved. The endlessly hanging page refresh has been eliminated. Write-off unloading formats have been added.
"Account"/"Rates and options": switching to another interface when changing a tariff plan is prohibited.
"Account": the algorithm for calculating the recommended payment amount has been changed: recommended payment amount = debt module + 2 * subscription fee for the current tariff.
"Applications": if there are no applications, the message "No applications" is displayed.
"Scripts" (menu): by default, a timeout of 5 seconds is set.
