In March 2022, the new car market virtually came to a standstill, and Autospot decided to make a bet and shift its main resources to relaunching and promoting the maintenance section, since it was the one that took off out of all the new products.
Just three months later, in June 2022, we jointly launched the updated maintenance section into testing:
created a new design and structure;

All efforts were directed to the new technical support section, which forex data was promoted in a comprehensive manner: SEO, paid traffic, Zen, YouTube, Telegram, CRM marketing.

We tracked product metrics - there is an increase in traffic, which means we can already abandon the old version.
While the new section was being made, the old one was maintained in working order. That is, the Autospot and Digital Strategy teams worked on both versions of the sections at once: they looked for and corrected errors in the already working one, prepared recommendations and wrote technical specifications, developed the design, implemented and launched the new one. And the traffic gradually grew during this time.
