Explain why the reader should want your product

The product added to the cart may have already been found elsewhere. Try to capture their interest through the product's accessories. Did they look at your tent? Offer them a sleeping bag. Did they leave designer sneakers in their cart? Let them know that you have a wide range of designer shoelaces.

What other content can you include in your emails to encourage purchase completion? Focus on the customer's emotions and product benefits.

Social proof

Showcase the benefits and advantages of the product in a user review embedded in the reminder email. Do you have a long-term relationship with the influencer? Readers might be interested in their experience. Take italy email list care to describe how warm the reader will be in a new sleeping bag in sub-zero temperatures or how long the fresh feeling in their mouth will last after using your toothpaste.

Emergency

Don't be pushy, but make it clear that the product left in the cart is running out of stock on the e-shop. Point out that the items in the cart will disappear within a few days. Remind that specific items will only appear after a longer period of time after they are sold out, or not at all.

Discount

If the user doesn't respond to the first two emails, you can offer a discount in the third. But be careful - you shouldn't do this regularly. It could happen that people who see a discount will automatically leave the item in their cart, expecting a discount offer.
