Disadvantages of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing: What it DOESN'T do

Digital advertising. This refers to applications related to creating ads and running targeted campaigns. Among the most commonly used are ad platforms, platforms associated with execution (performance) and investment optimization, and audience segmentation and tracking.
Data-Driven Marketing. Translated as data-based buy phone number list marketing, it refers to the digital support that assists marketing professionals in analyzing data to support brands' strategic decisions.
Some people think artificial intelligence tools can do the work for marketing professionals, but the reality is that they actually support professional work by saving time on some tasks, as we've already mentioned.

Basing your brand marketing solely on AI tools is a bad idea, not least because when reasoning is needed, it won't be able to provide that help.

On the other hand, its operation can be confusing, and its results may not be entirely reliable . This obviously depends on the quality of the inputs (prompts) supplied to it as work input.

Another disadvantage is that AI doesn't possess emotions and can't perceive them (although there are advances in emotional AI, optimal results are still lacking). This can impact specific customer service situations.
