Start with simple problems

Post by sakib40 »

The goal of brainstorming is to focus on what's important to solve problems or generate new ideas for a company project. Therefore, it's essential to have someone as a guide in this process.

Define your goals
There may be one or more, but it is very important that the bc data philippines facilitator always emphasizes the objectives so as not to lose the meeting's direction.

If you have clear objectives, it will be harder for the team to get sidetracked on irrelevant issues.

Write the objectives in a visible place (a whiteboard or poster) so that everyone can keep them in mind throughout the brainstorming session.

Don't criticize ideas
Never judge team members' ideas: no matter how strange they may seem, any proposal is valid. The purpose of brainstorming is to ensure everyone contributes and that all input is truly taken into account.

You never know if a naive idea can turn into genius.

It's always better to go from less to more. When solving very complex problems, very general solutions often emerge that don't quite achieve their objective. Work from the simplest to the most complex to avoid any loose ends.
