Essential Resources in the World of Bloggers

Post by asimd23 »

Every blogger wants to achieve success, something that is always achieved through hard work and perseverance. However, it is also necessary to have access to a series of resources and use them correctly.
In this article we are going to discover which are the resources and tools that you should and we recommend you master if you want to become a successful blogger, capable of placing your blog among the most prominent in your sector.

1.– Create an editorial calendar
It is important to note that some bloggers do not georgia business email list give importance to having an editorial calendar that is a planning element within their content strategy. Since it is recommended that the topics of the articles be defined at least 3 months in advance , to do so use the format that is most comfortable for you; Excel, Publisher, Google Calendar, etc.

2.– Always publish on the same days
It may seem like something insignificant and unimportant, but it is not. It is very important to always publish on the same day, and this way you will get your readers used to it. It will give you an organized schedule regarding your publications. It is also important that we choose the best days for publication, which in my experience are Monday, as the best day, and the second best day is Thursday, which will be very good for you, for example, if you publish 2 posts a week. Do the math and you will see the results in your favor!

3.– Monitor who shares your articles on Twitter
Not everyone who shares your blog content is going to mention you and receive a notification, and it is important that we acknowledge these mentions, whenever possible, because in this way we will open a channel and communicate with other professionals, which is always very interesting. It is a world completely open to excellent opportunities.

4.– Monitor who mentions your brand or adds a link to your blog
It is very important to analyze all the mentions that our blog and our work receives, and to thank the blogger who mentioned us. So, it is best to use Google Alert, so that it informs you when your brand has been mentioned in a blog article. Here are some excellent programs:

Ahrefs . (Tool to monitor the mentions you receive from other blogs.)
Open Site Explorer . Very easy to use and with which we can obtain the most recent links in the “Just-Discovered” section.
Backlinks Monitor. A very good tool to monitor our links and with which we will receive an email with the new links, it couldn't be more convenient.
5.– Conduct a competitive analysis of other bloggers in your sector
By analyzing other blogs in our sector we can learn many things, such as the traffic acquisition strategy they are using, the sales strategy, the loyalty strategy, etc.

6.– Analyze who plagiarizes your content
Ideally, all blogs would respect the copyright of any blogger and NEVER copy the content of other blogs, but sadly this phenomenon occurs more often than it should and we must detect it as soon as possible, especially in order to act and ask the blog to remove the content from its blog.
The reason is very simple, you should never allow anyone to take advantage of your work and your hours of effort. If you do not get a reply, I recommend that you report the entry from Search Console, since Google will proceed to deindex the reported article in 2 or 3 days.

7. – Analyze who shares your images and infographics
It is important to monitor that all the people who share the infographics and can mention us with a link to our page. Ideally, everyone would apply correct behavior, but this is not the case, and that is why we have to monitor the misuse of our content and, above all, avoid spam.
To this end, we will use the Image Raider tool, since it will allow us to detect how many times one of our infographics has been shared.
