Swivelscript was kind of a Swiss Army knife, but people didn't know exactly how to use it. And now with Dux-Soup, you're creating a scalpel. You're really, really focusing on one thing.
The will:
And it makes it easier for people to try it. With Swivel Script, you couldn’t just install it and try it. You had to be the only one who could do anything with it. Now, with Dux-Soup, you can be an end user. If you read the brochure, which says, “Here’s what it does,” you can just click and install the software, and in two or three clicks, you’re actually using it. And that’s always been the key – to make the customer journey as simple and as short as possible, from reading the article to using the product.
Jeroen:
I personally use Dux-Soup as well. There are tongliao cell phone number list still a ton of features, but they're not terribly obscure in how they work. It also doesn't have the most modern design, but it's very clear and says, "I'm going to do this and this is going to happen." I appreciate that. If I'm not mistaken, you started Dux-Soup all by yourself, right?
The will:
Yes, that's right. In fact, I started coding in the evenings and on weekends until we had enough users that I quit my job.
Yes, that's true. To be honest, all of these people are freelancers. The number of people tends to fluctuate. I know it may sound a bit harsh, but it's always between 10 and 15, depending on what we're doing. If additional development is needed, I bring in a few developers temporarily. But I would say the core of people who are always in this expansion and contraction environment - there's two in marketing, three in customer service, so that's five. There's one in professional services, one in quality assurance, and for engineering, I do all the development myself.
Absolutely. That’s the big difference
