If your IE has a selection process, those who apply will be potential students who signed up for this process.

Don't confuse leads with enrollees, as the former refers to someone for whom we have some contact information, and the latter refers to someone we have registered in the CRM and is highly likely to become a student.

If your institution does not have a selection process, people who enroll in some of the courses offered, but have not yet registered, may be considered as registered.


As we mentioned above, if your institution has a selection process, it will also need an evaluation phase, which will include all previous applicants, regardless of whether they were approved or not.
