The Ministry of Construction explained that the indexation of tariffs for housing and communal services is carried out within the framework of inflation, as well as on the basis of indicators and parameters defined in the forecast of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, “taking into account the impact of the cost of resources that ensure the uninterrupted operation and development of communal infrastructure throughout the country, the costs of repair and modernization of facilities, engineering networks and communications.”
According to the deputy chairman of the State Duma belize mobile phone numbers database Committee on Construction and Housing and Public Utilities, Sergei Kolunov, in addition to inflation (this year, according to the Central Bank, it was plus or minus 9-10%), the increase in tariffs is necessary to continue updating the public utility system, purchasing consumables, paying salaries, and so on.
The FAS press service reminded that each subject of the Russian Federation establishes its own payment index for the population, as well as an acceptable deviation from the index established by the order of the Russian government for individual cities based on decisions of the heads of regions.
In addition, from 2025, the validity of established housing and communal services tariffs will be assessed taking into account that 1.5% of the revenue of resource supplying companies must be targeted and directed only to the modernization of communal infrastructure.
