On channel management

Post by monira444 »

1. Design your channel using Zen tools
The design affects how willing users are to subscribe to the channel. As in social networks, it is important to make the entry point to the channel as attractive and informative as possible: in the profile description, indicate what the channel publishes about and why it is worth subscribing to it.

To engage your audience, you can pin three posts of any format to the header. It is appropriate to pin, for example, an introduction post, answers to frequently asked questions, or thematic collections of posts.

The “Additional” tab in the channel settings provides for the placement of contact information:

up to five links to the brand’s messengers and social networks;
link to the site;
email address;
up to three phone numbers.
Links to social networks increase user trust in the brand. In addition, when chile mobile database using company materials from other sites, the algorithm will not consider publications as plagiarism.

2. Publish regularly
A two-week pause reduces the chances that the recommendation algorithm will select a post from the feed to be shown to a wider audience.

3. Use additional format features to engage your audience
A channel in Zen is a place where brands can communicate with their audience for their own purposes. The more goals, the more different mechanics and ways to achieve them. The audience in Zen, as in social networks, is responsive to manifestations of attention and care. It is worth promptly responding to comments on publications, sharing survey results, making time codes for long videos.

4. Choose content format depending on goals
Articles and videos are indexed in search engines, while posts and videos are more successful in engaging users in interaction.

For videos
Set capacious titles
The videos do not have a description or a clickable link. To add a message to the video, it is worth fitting it into the 60 characters of the title - this is the part that users see in their feed.
