The main connection times for users are at lunchtime (2pm to 4pm) with 81% of users connected and at the end of the day (9pm to midnight) with 84% connected.

The main connection device used by users is the smartphone (91%), followed by the computer/laptop (93%).

- YouTube - 72% of users use YouTube.

- Twitter - 66% use Twitter.

- Instagram - 59% of users use Instagram.

- Google + - 58% of users use Google+

- LinkedIn - 56% of users use LinkedIn.

Other social networks such as Pinterest and Snapchat reached less than 50% of users.

According to a study conducted by organizations such as GlobalWebIndex, GSMA Intelligence, Statista and Akamai , when it comes to e-commerce, 56% of respondents to the study searched for products and services online, while 43% purchased a product online and 27% did so using a mobile device.
