Whether in my personal or professional life, I never compare myself to others, never. I know that what I have to overcome are my biases, my own errors of judgment. I know that I also have to overcome my different impulses. For example, procrastination, when I don't feel like doing something, when I want to put it off until later.

I have to fight against myself only because it is these biases, these errors of judgment and these impulses, these things that my brain tries to force me to do, that are holding me back. It is not the others, it is myself.

The first is that I don't want to be influenced. I find that on YouTube, everyone does the same thing. It seems like everyone is copying everyone else. And I prefer to respond to my audience. The Français Authentique audience is large and I know very well the problems that are posed to the audience, I prefer to work for the audience without looking at what others are doing.
And the second reason is that I don't want to put myself in a position to judge myself. If I were to look at one of my competitors, I would tend to perhaps underestimate myself and overestimate what he does. As I say, it's a natural tendency. Our brain, which wants to protect us, tends to underestimate us and make us overestimate others.
