Payment aggregators or acquiring banks, in accordance with the legislation in force in the country, when concluding a service agreement, establish certain conditions for client sites.


Requirements for Belarusian websites
The hosting or server on which the Internet resource is located must be located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
The website or online store must be registered with RUE "BelGIE".
The website or online store must be registered in the new zealand email list Trade Register of the Republic of Belarus .
The Internet resource must be located on a second-level or third-level domain in the .BY or .БЕЛЬ domain zone .
The client must be the owner of the domain.
The site must not contain links to Internet resources whose activities are contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
All pages related to the operation of the Internet resource must be located under a single domain name.
The main page of the site contains:
Official name of the organization, full name for individual entrepreneurs;
UNP;
Date, number and authority that issued the certificate of state registration;
Date and registration number of the online store in the Trade Register;
Postal address, legal address, e-mail, contact telephone number;
Name and operating mode of the online store.
The site pages contain:
Names and descriptions of consumer characteristics of goods (services), including photographs and other images.
For Belarusian users of the site, prices are indicated in Belarusian rubles (BYN);
The procedures for ordering, payment, delivery and control of receipt of orders are described
Available online payment methods are indicated;
A sample document confirming payment is provided;
The procedures for cancellation, return and exchange of goods and funds are described.
