Individual support for FGV students to outline a career plan. Application of methodologies and tools for analyzing professional inclinations, career planning, identifying performance saboteurs and levels of use of positive intelligence.

Invite professionals who are references in the market to talk about Career and Employability. Topics that will be worked on in this stage: Self-knowledge, SWOT to identify personal strengths and weaknesses, Personal Marketing, Communication, Interpersonal Relationships, Job Interview Simulation, Resume Writing, Case Studies with Business Owners and Career Trends.

STAGE 3: Technical Visits
Visit companies that are leaders in their segments and showcase their successful practices. This contact with the market is essential for students to assimilate the concepts learned in the classroom.

STEP 4: Disclosure of Professional Opportunities
Select, in partnership with partner companies, professional opportunities (job vacancies) available in the market and publicize them to FGV students through the Online Environment (AOL).
