There is something that I call the Filmweb effect, where de facto, it is rare for a film to really annoy people so much that it gets a rating of 3 or 4. Although in theory, when we look at this scale and Filmweb shows us, we have there that 4 is already bad, 5 is average, 7 is already good. It is similar in the world of computer games, that for example 7 is given to things that are already ok, while 6 is a must, then the game really has to be average.
I'm trying to say that there's rarely, at this point, no opportunity to get it. When thailand rcs data someone gives a really lower rating like 3, we have to really piss someone off and if you get such ratings, it's definitely worth contacting such customers as soon as possible and finding out what's wrong.
However, if someone gives you a rating of 5 or 6, it means that, whether we can interpret it this way, maybe they simply did not want to upset you that much, or they have a few comments that are worth working on and the rating could be even higher if you addressed them.
So what I'm getting at is that such a person may be really very dissatisfied, but doesn't want to express it with such a low rating, for some psychological reason. That's what it seems to result from what I've read.
The client may not want to offend you
