You are not scalable. You cannot just produce more and more content yourself. Your team of three cannot produce all of the content that you want to create. Sp, being strategic and outsourcing. And then, the last one is finding the ability to have that evergreen content and repurpose content and adapting it in different ways so you’re not reinventing the wheel every single time you produce something.
