During the project, the gain in time for operations was 2-5 times

During the project, experts from the Rosbank robotization team and representatives of the NFP integrator created software robots on the UiPath platform that automatically analyze documents received from the bank's information systems, consolidate and speed up their processing. The process of manual data collection chile mobile number database for judicial authorities on customer debt, information for government agencies, and data transfer between systems was also automated.

At the same time, productivity growth, close to the maximum, was noted for labor-intensive operations. For example, the time spent on preparing documents at the request of judicial authorities was reduced from eight to two hours. In the processing of a number of business processes, it was possible to completely exclude human participation and, accordingly, to avoid the risk of errors. As a result, the total profitability of these systems was 64%.

"Robotization is critically important when it is necessary to provide a "transitional period" solution - for the time of searching and selecting the target process, thus helping the bank's divisions not to reduce the speed of work; in the case when it is impossible to modify the system for direct integration, and the robot can automate the process using a convenient user interface; and finally, in the case when it is necessary to ensure the level of information security corresponding to the bank's standards for complex processes - robots of one chain work both within the bank's circuit and with external systems, exchanging information via a secure channel" - these three scenarios, implemented using RPA technology, according to the press service of VTB Bank, are critically important.
