Are the team members very detail-oriented and try to complete every job with great precision and conscientiousness? Or is speed more important, is functionality the priority? In the end, the success of the culture transformation can be answered mainly by one question: Does the Agile Coach succeed in placing new values ​​and cultural artifacts in the company?

If he manages to shape the environment in which the team operates in accordance with the tasks, to develop the strengths of the existing corporate culture and to complement it with new facets, then nothing stands in the way of a successful start into the agile world. Otherwise, the corporate culture will eat the beginnings of new working methods and communication processes for breakfast.
