Deputy Director General - Head of Information Research at the Foundation for Advanced Initiatives (FPI) Maxim Vakshtein emphasized the importance of switching to domestic software: "The current development of machine learning methods has proven to be such that they can be applied in real practice. Therefore, in 2024, we plan kuwait whatsapp resource to launch work that should significantly improve the quality of the digital VLSI design route and allow it to be automated as much as possible, reducing the time it takes the developer to configure the parameters. However, for many years, everyone worked on foreign software. Therefore, it is very important to provide the most open access to domestic software. Then we will be able to educate a new generation for whom our route will be absolutely understandable and accessible."
Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) Sergey Alimbekov spoke about the support measures for IIC projects: "We have developed support measures jointly with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation within the framework of the Digital Economy program. This is an accelerator called Driver. We are ready to support promising projects and accelerate their development. Our specialization in the accelerator is sales. Driver is an experimental individual format, it is designed for six months. The mechanism works, and we are trying to roll it out to all IICs. The program itself has three pillars: an educational module, a tracking plan, and a consultation plan. Tracking includes a plan for team meetings with a leading tracker - a manager who helps the team set goals and achieve them. We have extended the acceptance of project applications for acceleration until April 27, 2024. At the second stage of approval, we send applications to the IIC, where we ask colleagues to fill out a simple table on relevance, desire to import substitution and export potential. If at least one answer to these three points is positive, then we will take the project into acceleration. The plan for 2024 is to accelerate 32 projects supported by the ICC."
