You will then be taken to a preview of the draft. A notification bar will appear at the top of the view with the date and time the draft will go live.

The notification bar also contains shortcuts for performing various actions. For example, you can edit the draft, view the currently published version, or compare the two versions.

Your changes will now be saved and the update will automatically be applied to the date and time you entered.

The original publish date of the post will not change, meaning the post will not appear as a new post in your RSS feed . However, Google and other search engines will see that the post has been updated with new content.
