New opportunities for audience segmentation
We've added the ability to create unique filters for segmentation so you can customize scenarios of any complexity.

Let's explain with an example: the service has basic audience filters based on lead properties and events. If this functionality is not enough for you, you can set up your own filters using the code editor:

Audience Filters: Basic and Code Editor
This is what the code editor window looks like:

Let's look at an example of how such filters work. Let's assume that we need to invite to an English course those who left a request for a trial English lesson, but did not buy the course after the trial lesson.

takes the value of the attribute ("Course name") of the event "Signed up for a trial lesson";
compares it with the value of the attribute ("Course name") of the "Paid for course" event;
if not equal, then sends a trigger message to encourage the user to purchase this course;
personalizes the message using the course name from the attribute.
Other scenarios that can be implemented using the new segmentation capabilities:

select only those users whose last order amount is more than 15,000 rubles;
send a message only to those users who viewed apartments of a certain size in a specific residential complex.

New webhooks
Convenient interface for editing webhooks and new features in message list of germany cell phone number chains : now a marketer can edit webhooks without involving developers and set up cross-channel cascading mailings even in those channels with which Carrot quest does not have direct integration.

For example, the FitStars platform used webhooks to set up a cascading mailing that returns 20% of those who abandoned their cart to payment → read the case study .

Now it's more convenient to use webhooks:

the interface shows where, to whom and with what content the webhook is sent;
Jinja syntax can be used in the request body;
Sending a webhook can be added to a Message Thread.
Detailed instructions on working with webhooks are available in our knowledge base → read .

Setting up webhooks
New in newsletters
Scheduled mailings : now mailings can be launched not by a trigger event, but by a schedule. This feature is useful for companies with a large contact base: you can set up regular sending of a special offer to those who have not yet bought, and receive leads and sales without additional costs for attraction.

New in chat for marketing tasks
Convenient number entry and contact verification : the function automatically detects the user's region and inserts the code into the number. The number mask will not allow you to enter anything in the input field except the phone number.
