Web server Angie gets commercial version
Five months after the launch of the Russian web server Angie, the company "Web-Server" released its commercial version. Compatibility with the new product has already been confirmed by the creators of two domestic operating systems - RED OS and Astra Linux. Angie PRO has become the only commercial web server whose development is localized in Russia.

Among the subsidiaries of GS-Invest are Rubitech Holding LLC, Rubitech Integration LLC, Development Center LLC, and IT1-Holding LLC. Sergey Matsotsky agreed on cooperation with Gazprombank, and in May 2021, the parties created a joint company GPB-IT1 LLC, in which IT1-Holding received 49.9%, and the bank, represented by its controlled Orbita LLC, received 50.1% of the shares. In December 2023, Gazprombank, through Orbita, took full possession of GPB-IT1.
Earlier, in March 2023, several publications, citing sources, reported that Sergei Matsotsky had completely withdrawn from the capital of GS-Invest, having sold his shares to the managing director of this company, Vasily Belov, and Igor Vedyokhin. GS-Invest did not confirm this information, and the registrar of this JSC is currently the Independent Registrar Company R.O.S.T., so it is impossible to verify the veracity of this message.
On August 19, 2024, GS-Invest began a reorganization, during which JSC Rubitech Group, JSC IT1 Group, JSC SPK Avanpost and LLC SPK Arenadata will be separated from the company, with the simultaneous merger of LLC SPK Arenadata with JSC Arenadata Group. At the same time, JSC SPK Avanpost will merge with LLC Avanpost Holding, resulting in the emergence of a new JSC Avanpost. At the same time, the Federal Tax Service data contain an assurance from GS-Invest that it will continue its operations after the completion of the reorganization.
