Its development took two months, after which it became available for use within the group. In April 2024, Samolet announced a pilot free testing of the platform with additional modules and began negotiations with potential clients.

According to Samolet, the Team by Samolet HR platform has two installation options: directly on the client's infrastructure or via a cloud solution, including via a cloud that the client already uses; the business model, like SAP, involves a subscription: a license is issued annually and paid for per user.

As Irina Koroleva explained, the cost of the product consists of several components: a license, which is calculated per person; a one-time investment for the implementation and customization of the product for the processes of a specific business; technical support from the vendor, if necessary.
