Identification of clients of hosting companies

It is no longer enough to collect personal data from clients - they must be confirmed in one or more of the ways specified in Government Resolution No. 2011 of 29.11.2023
Who to collect from. From new and old clients - if they have ukraine telegram database not been identified using the specified methods before or if the identification was before January 1, 2023.
How to assemble. The document states that the work must be organized so that when ordering, the client must do at least one of the following:
Use your credentials from State Services.
Use biometrics to log in.
Sign the completed user form with an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
Show your passport when you come in person, for example at the hosting provider’s office.
Pay for the hoster's services with a Russian bank card or a card from a bank located in a member state of the EAEU. These are Armenia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan. This can include payment via the SBP. But you cannot use unnamed prepaid cards - for which no documents are required.
Confirm your identity using a phone number from one of the Russian telecom operators - a number that provides radiotelephone services. For example, IP telephony numbers will not work.
Use "another information system" for authentication, which will ensure accurate identification of the client. Here, there is scope for creativity. The main thing is that this IS is under the control of a Russian person or this person is controlled by the hoster or the hoster is controlled by him.
