LNathalie Picquot, the current general manager of Twitter in Spain, announced that she will soon leave the company as she is "taking a new turn in her professional career." After three years at the head of the microblogging social network , the executive announced her departure via a tweet on her personal account.

Her departure has come as a surprise, as management has not provided any further details about her professional future. Twitter has not yet offered any further information about the reasons for her resignation or who could replace her in her position, but we will surely know more about this soon.
Spain, a key country for Twitter
In 2017, Picquot took over as general manager of Twitter for honduras business email database Spain and Portugal, replacing Pepe López de Ayala, who was named general manager of Twitter for Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America.
As the company itself explained when Nathalie Picquot was appointed, “Spain is an essential country in Twitter’s global strategy. It is currently one of the main markets in Europe both in terms of the number of users and the use they make of the platform. As part of the company’s strategy, Nathalie arrives to consolidate the team in Spain with her knowledge of the digital market and her extensive experience in sales and business within the sector.”
